Misthliþ is a small nation located directly east of Radosis. The mysterious land consists primarily of large cliffs, plains and dense forests that are constantly covered in a thick, mysterious fog. This makes satellite photography impossible and large parts of the country remains a mystery for this reason, as well as its geographically defensive position. The Misthliþa capital is Beácenstán, meaning "stone on which to light a beacon fire", and is also the country's largest city.

Misthliþ is named after its cliffy terrain and means misty cliff in Old Tongue. Most people have heard of the country in relation to its practitioners of Magic, the Book of Mist, known as monks.

Economy & Politics

Misthliþ operates as a sort of union of different houses, all represented in a ting (the precursor to parliaments) named the Wíseting (ting of the wise). Other than that, few details are known as most knowledge comes secondhand from those who have visited or lived in Misthliþ.
