The Sea Conmissions Council (The SCC) is an associative-managed syndicate in control of Thoiria's international sea shipping and shipbuilding industry.

Structure

The SCC's purpose is to ensure efficient communication between its two administrative organs and to plan and maintain the operating fleet and its surrounding infrastructure. Despite its administrative regions operating on each of Thoiria's far ends, the SCC's headquarters is located in Porthown. Due to the communication infrastructural necessities needed to operate, SCC frequently travels between Porthown's headquarters and Landesgarten's regional office.

HAdm Öst

Hafenadministration Öst, shortened HAdm Öst, is the organisation responsible for sea operations in Landesgarten's administrative region. This includes Landesgarten's harbour and its giant canal complex. Due to Landesgarten's proximity to Ihazon, they also handle most international trade with the neighbouring nation.

HAdm West

Hafenadministration West, shorted HAdm West, is the counterpart to HAdm Öst in charge of Porthown's harbour complex. Because of this they manage shipbuilding in Porthown's drydock, shipping between the two sides of Thoiria, and transportation to and from Hafenstadtöl's offshore oil rig. Their proximity to Lettusland means they operate all ship transport to the neighbouring island country.
