Empress Clemydia, second of her name, was the Empress of Radosis from 2001 to 2012, when she passed away from the Shokoma Bird Flu and was succeeded by her daughter, Katarina III.

Clemydia is one of the few Empresses in Radosicus history to have been chosen peacefully - perhaps the most prominent second to Empress Mari, who was selected specifically for her non-desire to be Empress.
Much of the reason for her selection seems to be rooted in a general like for her prior to becoming Empress, as she was already a famous Silvari actress. Her diplomatic nature and avoidance in mingling with politics made her not only well-liked across all regions of Radosis, but also well-suited for the modern throne of the Empress - generally agreed upon today to have a passive, non-participatory role in politics.
