Eli Succerberg is a famous, eccentric billionaire who is most known as the founder of uSucc Airlines.

Entrepreneurship"

Most of his fame comes from being the founder of uSucc, a budget airline that has now become ubiquitous in the Thoirazon region. However, he's founded multiple companies over the course of his career as an entrepreneur, including some lesser known ones such as Succ Me, a dating app that never truly took off, and Succ UrAnium, which was originally meant to operate nuclear power plants, but instead ended up distributing office chairs.

In 2020, Succerberg founded a daughter company of uSucc with the express purpose of making "individual, man-sized planes" that would "revolutionise and solve traffic for good". In 2022, however, the first commercial prototypes of these "Mini Succers", as he called them himself, would end up in a series of crashes that would cost the life of 14 people and injure 2, including his neighbour's cat. This lead him to sell the company.

He also founded "This company blows" in 2020 to fund his passion project by selling rocket launchers. However, he would soon be hit with a cease and desist letter from VERN, who claimed it violated the country's security or something. Refusing it at first, it would take only 3 days for him to cave in after he realised he wouldn't be able to win an armed conflict against the large military contractor. CEO of VERN, Belinda Stern, would go on and call him a "coward" and boast of her countless military victories in the Lettusland Corporate Wars.

In 2023, he bought a series of websites, including the popular platform Quitter and rebranded it y?.

Reputation

Succerberg was early on a quite favoured name across media. However, after multiple lives being lost to his prototype "Mini succers", he started falling out of the media's good graces. This wasn't helped by him showing up on the Joe Reagan Podcast and smoking wacky bacci.
Multiple people would go on to defend these happenings as "unfortunate accidents", "justified" and "#worthit", further tainting his image.

After this, Succerberg has mostly confined himself to spending time online, sharing memes and interacting with his fans (read: stirring up controversy NO WAIT I JUST HAD T-). In early 2023, he made a post on Quitter saying he intended to buy the platform to "change it up for the better", claiming that "the reign of Hugh Man is soon over". Later that year, he made good on his promise, but faced much controversy as he proceed to fire half of Quitter's workers and ad libbed most changes through online polls. Eventually he announced, out of the blue, that he would rename the platform to y?.

Trivia

  • Several journalists have pointed out that most of Succerberg's fanbase vote for the Anti-Thoirian Front, who, as his fans point out, "aren't fascist", but rather "identitarian".
  • Musk has made a big show of being a true freedom fighter, defending people's freedom of speech whenever he can. However, he has also repeatedly and openly criticised The Liberals, so called "dunkin'" on the "libs".
    • When asked why he won't vote for them, he started rambling incoherently about something involving aliens.
