Capu Terram (A.R: Centre of the World), also called just Terram, is the capital and largest city of Radosis, as well as the administrative centre of the empire.
The city houses the Domus Reginaerum, where the Superiori Councilium is located as well as where the Empress resides.

Politics

The city's legislative organ is divided into the Senate and the Comitia, also referred to as the Assembly.
The Senate consists of representatives of the city's most affluent houses and trade syndicates, while the Assembly is elected by the people. These two organs share equal amounts of power, but is uneven in size: the Senate houses 80 members and the Assembly 160.
Similarly to the Superiori Councilium, the city has their own Magistrates who take upon the executive role of the city.

Unlike Liberium Desertis and Ignis Montis, Capu Terram is not ruled by a Governor.
