Tinville is a city in Ihazon. It is currently the third largest city in the country.

The city was for a long time under reign of Metteliten, whose political influence as a mayor shaped the city into what it is today. Because of her vision, the city has since its birth had a heavy emphasis on technological trade. The city's high-tech industry has demanded high skill workers, which has made the average salaries of Tinvillers very high in comparison to the national average. After the death of Metteliten, Alistair Landson took over as mayor, but has not been able to provide the same initiative to keep the city growing. In recent times, New Summerset has taken over Tinville in gross output and population, and is becoming the new industrial centre of Ihazon.

Structure

Tinville consists of various districts, ranging from smaller neighbourhoods to its downtown and its industrial area, housing several hi-tech facilities, the Tinville Fusion Plant, and the prison.

Energy sources

As Tinville authorities have refused to use cheap coal power from Slouthceister Power, they have instead focused on their own power supply. Tinville has a small hydroelectric dam north of the city that provides most of the electricity for the city. Some power is provided by TFPPRF, an experimental fusion power plant owned by Tawg Nuclear Energy Ltd..

History

Tinville was founded in 1975 when the technological revoulution was starting. People from Langenthal and Trondheim decided to found a city between these cities. Due to the recent technological evolution Tinville became an important city for the technology. It was the first city to start researching fusion power and is expected to be the leading hub for nuclear and particle physicists.
