Before Ampersand acquired the company, Lesko put up a counter-bit at K 46,999 - undercutting the competition by just K 1. Despite it being the more expensive bid, Ihazon Wood Processing took Ampersand up on their offer, with chairman Morgan Brø saying "We don't know what those Spr- Er.. Setters are like. We have much better relations with As.. Ampersand, excuse me, and look forward to waln. [cough] working with them in the future."

When asked for comment, Lesko chairman B. A. R. Farstadt said "Frankly I'm not sure what he's even talking about. We've been working with them for years so I'm not sure what he's got a chip on his shoulder about. I'm rather hurt by his remarks and therefore we have made the decision to secure another wood processing company elsewhere." Lesko then acquired Fallic South in Tinville and changed the name to Lesko HerdWud, a subsidiary of Lesko Wudkuttars.
