Ihazon Wood Processing chairman Morgan Brø said in a press statement: "We believe this is in the Birc-, I mean, best interests for Asp-, ahem, all parties, both our Elm-, uh, employees and Junipers. Costumers." It was later revealed that Mr. Brø would still be in charge for the company, as Head of Production. Ampersand did not come with further comments.
 
Before Ampersand acquired the company, [[Lesko]] put up a counter-bit at <s>K</s> 46,999 - undercutting the competition by just <s>K</s> 1. Despite it being the more expensive bid, Ihazon Wood Processing took Ampersand up on their offer, with chairman Morgan Brø saying "We don't know what those Spr- Er.. Lesko then acquired [[Fallic South]] in Tinville and changed the name to [[Lesko HerdWud]], a subsidiary of [[Lesko Wudkuttars]].

Ihazon Wood Processing is a manufacturer in the pulp and paper industry. They are the largest producer of paper and paperboard in Ihazon, but they also take orders for custom solutions in wood trade, ie vehicle or building interior.
