			Hafenstadtöl is a company owned by the collective of Thoiria. It trades on the international market with [[Key]] and is the only registered company in the country. Despite being a registered company, it runs very differently from companies in other countries. Since Thoiria does not use a transaction system based on money, it does not offer wages either. Thus, the company is in the unique situation of not having a set of monetary expenses. Despite this, they have material expenses and run a simulated set of expenses, including a large portion dedicated to investment.

			Revenue surplus is divided and distributed nationally. The exact distribution has been a hot topic, but is currently a mix of per capita and per city to prevent any city from gaining a disproportionate amount of money.

			Talk has been made whether Hafenstadtöl should make a collectively owned foreign investment fund to accumulate money for the future, but this has not been confirmed yet by the collective.
